As a rule of thumb, plan for one 60" round table (seats 8) per 8 guests, so roughly six to seven tables and 50 chairs for a seated event of 50. We'll double-check your exact count when you call.
For 80–100 guests seated for dinner, most families rent a 20x40 or 20x50 frame tent. We size tents based on your exact guest count, not a guess, ask us when you request a quote.
Weekends fill up fast, especially April through October. Booking 2–3 weeks ahead gives you the best selection; we do take last-minute and same-week bookings when equipment is available.
